Many students have their own ways when it comes to studying, whether it's for an exam, test, or class, etc. Some students study better alone and some study better with a group. In 1941, Dr. Francis Robinson created a classic study method known as, SQ3R, survey, question, read, review, and recite. It is considered as a systematic and very effective approach to learning. Surveying consists of looking out for main ideas, pointing out important details, and so on. Then comes questioning, this part of the method keeps you engage in what you are reading. Ask all the who, what, where, when, why, and how. So after you have your questions, read the materials and look for the answers to your question(s). After finding you answers, reciting it comes next, and then last is review, which will help memorize the materials.
